These terms cover your Robloxat account and purchases. The delivery, refund, payment and other policies apply to their respective subjects. Privacy information is a notice; accepting these terms does not replace any separately required consent.

Account and age
A user unable to contract independently must participate with a parent or legal guardian; the adult is the purchaser and authorizes payment. Stricter legal, game and sign-in-provider age rules still apply. International availability, particularly in the Middle East, depends on applicable restrictions.
Orders and payment
Check the game, item, variant, quantity, recipient and USD total before confirming. Prices may change before confirmation; changed terms require renewed approval. A payment attempt or inventory entry does not prove delivery. Use accurate account information and only authorized payment methods.
USD is the currency for prices, payments, top-ups, balances and refunds. Other displayed currencies are approximate comparisons and do not change the USD transaction. Confirming a balance payment authorizes that specific debit, not unrestricted future charges.
Identity and payment checks
For a suspicious transaction, we may request proportionate identity or payment-authority checks (KYC). These checks protect the account and payment; they are not a routine condition for every refund.
We may temporarily pause the affected operation while a necessary check is completed. If evidence is insufficient, we explain lawful alternatives, any restriction and how to request human review at support@robloxat.com. We do not automatically confiscate a balance or reject a statutory refund because verification is pending. Required legal deadlines and remedies remain. Parents or representatives may need to establish their authority.
Responsibility and disputes
We may pause an order or restrict access for substantiated security concerns, unavailable items, pricing errors or legal requirements. You may request review. We explain decisions where lawful and safe. Restrictions do not automatically confiscate paid balances or remove refund rights.
We remain responsible for our obligations. We cannot guarantee a game's continued operation, future item value or freedom from platform restrictions. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support to resolve disputes; this does not prevent lawful bank, regulator or court complaints.
Material changes receive appropriate notice; confirmed orders retain their agreed terms unless law requires otherwise or you agree to a change. Mandatory protections in your applicable jurisdiction remain effective. Account closure does not extinguish outstanding orders, lawful refund claims or necessary record retention.
