These terms cover your Robloxat account and purchases. The delivery, refund, payment and other policies apply to their respective subjects. Privacy information is a notice; accepting these terms does not replace any separately required consent.

Cookies and similar browser storage support sign-in, security, preferences and the cart. Their browser lifetime is separate from retention of account and order records on servers.
Read policyRefund & Cancellation Policy
We do not offer voluntary refunds for correctly delivered items or voluntary cash-out of unused top-ups. For paid but undelivered items, our ordinary policy is credit to your Robloxat balance. Mandatory monetary-refund rights remain; internal credit does not replace a refund required by law.
Read policyDelivery Policy
Buying and receiving in-game are separate steps. Follow each item's available instructions and individual deadline. No universal one-hour expiry or automatic timer-based refund is promised. If the receiving action is unavailable or the result is uncertain, contact support rather than paying again.
Read policyMarketplace & Trading Rules
Follow the instructions for your Robloxat order and verify the other participant. A marketplace-style catalog does not transfer our seller responsibilities to an unnamed third party. These buyer rules do not authorize users to become suppliers.
Read policyPayment & Wallet Terms
USD is the currency for prices, payments, top-ups, balances and refunds. Other displayed currencies are approximate comparisons and do not change the USD transaction. Confirming a balance payment authorizes that specific debit, not unrestricted future charges.
Read policyFees Schedule
The total and any applicable mandatory charges or taxes must be shown before confirmation. No undisclosed mandatory fee is added afterwards; optional paid services require a choice. Do not infer a fixed fee or free payment method where none is quoted.
Read policyAcceptable Use Policy
Use Robloxat lawfully and respect other users. Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, attacks on availability, fabricated evidence and misuse of personal data are prohibited. Good-faith criticism, disputes and lawful refund requests are not prohibited conduct.

Use of Robloxat is subject to applicable legal capacity requirements and the age rules of the relevant game and external sign-in provider.

Robloxat is independent of Roblox Corporation, Uplift Games and the developers of Murder Mystery 2. Game names, marks and content remain their owners' property. Identifying a compatible game does not assert endorsement or transfer intellectual-property rights to a buyer.
Read policyPersonal Data Requests
Send personal-data requests to support@robloxat.com. State what you want and enough information to identify your Robloxat account. No special form is required. Never include a password, login token or full card details.
Read policyIdentity Verification & Payment Security
For a suspicious transaction, we may request proportionate identity or payment-authority checks (KYC). These checks protect the account and payment; they are not a routine condition for every refund.
