Receiving your items
Verify the recipient's public username/ID, avatar, trading eligibility and item details. Queue and preparation times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delivery requires the correct item to reach the confirmed recipient; a processing status alone is insufficient. Report discrepancies for investigation and applicable remedies.
Safe use
Never provide game passwords, cookies, session tokens or two-factor codes. Stop if someone requests an unexpected payment, a verification trade, a different item or an external link pretending to be support. Report impersonation or conflicting instructions to support@robloxat.com.
