USD is the currency for prices, payments, top-ups, balances and refunds. Other displayed currencies are approximate comparisons and do not change the USD transaction. Confirming a balance payment authorizes that specific debit, not unrestricted future charges.

Using your balance
Unused top-ups and credits are for purchases on robloxat.com. Voluntary cash-out is not offered, subject to mandatory monetary-refund rights. Balance is not offered as a bank deposit or investment. Account restrictions or closure do not erase statutory claims. Any bonus restrictions must be disclosed before acceptance.
This rule and the restriction on voluntary cash-out do not limit mandatory rights to monetary refunds or other remedies, including applicable cases of non-performance, duplicate charges and unauthorized payments. Where law requires a monetary refund, internal credit does not replace it.
You may submit a claim immediately: no one-month waiting period applies to statutory refunds. Purchases, use of the account or new top-ups do not automatically cancel a claim. We reconcile the disputed amount with goods actually received and amounts already used, credited or refunded, without duplicate recovery or reducing mandatory rights. Where lawful and necessary, only the affected operation may be paused for review. A lawful bank dispute is not abuse. Verification must not delay a mandatory refund indefinitely.
Prices and fees
Any future external payment method must disclose its conditions before use. A bank or provider may apply its own currency conversion or charges. Fee changes apply to future transactions; confirmed totals require your agreement to change. Legally required refunds cannot be reduced by prohibited deductions.
