No. Receiving an item never needs your Roblox password, cookies, login codes or recovery codes. Choose the recipient by their public username. Stop if anyone asks for account secrets, a login link or a screen share.

Robloxat is independent, not an official Roblox service. Roblox does not protect deals outside its official features. Check Roblox's rules and the game's trading rules before buying. We cannot promise that an external purchase has no account or trading risks.

Do not buy without a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. Check the age requirements in our terms, Roblox and the game; permission does not override those rules. Only use a payment method with its owner's permission.

All Robloxat purchases and wallet calculations use USD. The other currency is only an approximate guide. Check the final USD total before confirming; your bank's exchange rate and fees may differ from our estimate.

Checkout shows how much comes from your wallet and any remaining amount. Use only the payment methods available there. If none are available for the remaining amount, payment cannot continue. A payment link being prepared is not a successful payment.

Prices, availability or your wallet balance can change before confirmation. Read the notice and review the new amounts and affected items. Accept only changes you agree to, then confirm again. An expired order needs a new checkout from your cart.

No. A credit to your Robloxat wallet stays on the site in USD for purchases; it is not a transfer to your card or bank. Check Transaction history for recorded credits. The wallet has no cash-out feature. Refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy and applicable rights.

Purchased items appear in your Robloxat inventory first, not directly in Roblox. Receiving them in the game is a separate step. Use the receiving action only if it is available for your item; if it is absent, receiving cannot start yet. Do not buy again to unlock it.

The time on the item or order is an estimate, not a deadline we guarantee. Availability, the game and your connection can cause delays. Check each item's status and timer in Inventory; a receiving time limit is different from a delivery estimate.

In the recipient picker, enter at least 3 characters of the username. Check the exact username and avatar, not just the display name. Select your active account and review it before starting. Do not assume the recipient can be changed after a transfer starts.

Read the label beside it: a timer may show the remaining time to start or complete receiving. Each item has its own deadline. If it expires, refresh the item's status and use only the action now offered; do not assume an automatic refund or a new trade.

Do not add your own items, send extra money or accept a different trade partner. Check the exact partner and item against the instructions. Return to the existing receiving attempt and check its status; continue or retry only when that action is available.

Open your order and check its latest status, then check Inventory in the same Robloxat account. A bank notification alone does not confirm delivery. Do not pay again while the result is unclear. Keep the order ID and payment receipt, without card details or login codes.

First wait for loading to finish and check for a connection error. Then check that you signed into the same Robloxat account used to buy. A Roblox recipient account is separate from your Robloxat sign-in. Do not create another purchase to recover a missing one.
